HK-4929A Automatic Lubricating Grease Dropping Point Tester conforms to the
ASTM D566 Standard Test Method for Dropping Point of Lubricating Grease,the apparatus determinates the dropping point of lubricating grease and IP132.It is used to test the dropping point of lubricating grease.The instrument combines the electronic bath program temperature control,photoelectric scanning and other advanced technology design and development of automatic instruments,avoiding the traditional instrument to add oil,uneven temperature field,difficult temperature control,inconvenient observation and other issues,the experimental process is simple and convenient,the experimental results are consistent Manual instrument experiment results
Features
- Metal bath heating,no need to add the oil and take the test tube
- Temperature rises as per the standard program(user defined is available,numerical variable can be set),forexample:initial heating rate is 6℃/min,expected dropping point is 17℃,heating rate will be amended to 1.2℃/min
- The imported photoelectric scanning automatically detects the dropping point,and the temperature is automatically locked.Two sets of parallel experiments can be performed simultaneously.
- After installing the test tube,one-button test,touch screen operation,buzzer alarms,results can be recorded,printed and USB uploaded
